Academics & Assessments

Capti Assessment

Selected middle and high school students recently took the Capti (ETS ReadBasix) reading diagnostic.

  • Why it matters: Results help us identify areas for reading growth.

  • Next steps: Family reports will be sent home soon so you can review your studentโ€™s strengths and growth areas.

Thank you for partnering with us to strengthen literacy for every DuBois scholar!

Student-Led Learning: Journey to Success

JCPS uses Journey to Success as a tool for students to showcase their learning and growth over time.

  • Students engage with Journey to Success every year.

  • 8th & 12th graders must pass a Defense of Learning to transition to the next phase of their education.
