MINECRAFT CAMP - GRADES 4-5 | Join Norton's STLP (Student Technology Leadership Program) team for some fun! We are hosting a series of after-school camps for 4th and 5th grade students. This camp series will occur on February 5, 12, and 19 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. This is a student-led Minecraft camp is designed for 4th and 5th graders! The STLP team members will teach participants how to use agents in Minecraft to code, build, and solve challenges in creative ways. Through hands-on projects and guided gameplay, campers will learn basic coding concepts while collaborating, experimenting, and having fun inside the Minecraft world. No prior coding experience needed—just curiosity and a love of Minecraft!

This camp series is free of charge, but registration is required. Minecraft Camp will have a cap of 25 students and enrollment is on a first-come, first serve basis. Click HERE for more information and to register.

COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL SURVEY (CSS) IS NOW OPEN! |  CSS is an annual survey that collects school/workplace climate data from stakeholders associated with JCPS: students (grades four through twelve), parents, and staff.

Each year, more than 100,000 surveys are returned, and that data is then analyzed and used to direct strategies for the future of JCPS. The CSS provides invaluable feedback to the board, principals, and teachers regarding the climate of their work/school environment.
